Pennsylvania Mother Faked Abduction To Visit Walt Disney World

Bonnie Sweeten, from Pennsylvania, was arrested in Orlando, Florida after making a false 911 call saying she and her daughter had been abducted after a fender-bender in Philadelphia according to Fox News. She claimed on the call that she and her 9-year-old daughter were stuffed into a trunk of a vehicle. It was later found out the call was a hoax and she stole a co-workers identity to travel to Walt Disney World and check into the Grand Floridian Resort.

Security cameras at Philadelphia International Airport shows Sweeten hours after her 911 calls. She traveled with minimal luggage and paid for the hotel for a week. She also had withdrawn $12,000 from several accounts but authorities are not sure yet if the money was also stolen.

Sweeten will be extradited from Orlando and charged with making false reports and identity theft.
