New signs at Animal Kingdom Lodge
As Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge resort continues to undergo the expansion of a new set of DVC (Disney Vacation Club) rooms, several exterior changes are underway as well. In the last few months construction began on a new security guard station on the road leading to the Animal Kingdom Lodge resort, which is speculated to replace the one currently in use near the entrance of the main AKL building that exists today. This week, guests noticed new signage appear near the main AKL building denoting it as the “Jambo House” building. This is in anticipation of the new building which will house all DVC rooms and be known as Kidani Village.
