1909: Animator Jules Engel (Fantasia, Bambi, and others) is born in Budapest, Hungary.
1911: Animator, Disney Legend, and one of Walt’s Nine Old Men, John Lounsbery (Fantasia, Cinderella, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh) is born in Cincinnati, Ohio.
1920: Cartoonist Hank Ketcham (Fantasia, Bambi, Pinocchio) is born in Seattle, Washington.
1924: Actor Sean McClory (The Gnome-Mobile, The Happiest Millionaire, Follow Me Boys!) is born in Dublin, Ireland.
1945: Composer Bruce Broughton (his music can be heard in The Rescuers Down Under, Bambi II, From Time to Time, Honey I Shrunk the Audience, The Making of Me, Spaceship Earth) is born in Los Angeles California.
1950: Composer Bruce Healey (Fantasmic!, One Man’s Dream, Disney’s Fantillusion) is born in St. Louis, Missouri.
1956: Actor Rob Paulsen (Little Mermaid III, Fox and the Hound II, Kingdom Hearts II, Mickey’s Twice Upon a Christmas, Mulan II, The Three Musketeers, Teacher’s Pet, Stitch! The Movie, Cinderella II) is born in Detroit, Michigan.
1960: Animator Joe Ranft (The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, The Rescuers Down Under, Oliver & Company, Toy Story, A Bug’s Life, Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo, Cars) is born in Pasadena, California.
1964: Disney’s A Tiger Walks is released.
1969: Disney’s The Love Bug premieres.
1978: Disney’s Return from Witch Mountain premieres. 
1984: Disney’s latest movie label, Touchstone Pictures, releases its first movie: Splash.
1992: Actress Emily Osment (Lilly Truscott in Hannah Montana, Melissa Morris in Dadnapped, Gerti Giggles in Spy Kids 2 & 3) is born in Los Angeles, California.
1993: Disney’s A Far  Off Place premieres.
2001: The Disney Channel Original Movie Luck of the Irish premieres.
2006: Disney’s The Shaggy Dog, a remake of The Shaggy D.A., premieres.
2009: Disney’s Race to Witch Mountain, a “re-imagining” of Escape to Witch Mountain, premieres.
