You Must Be Taller to Get on Disneyland’s Splash Mountain
Disneyland has enacted a “temporary height restriction” for the front seat of it’s Splash Mountain attraction, according to the LA Times. Where it was once 40 inches to ride in the front seat, now the person must be at least 60 inches. has been raised from 40 inches to 60 inches. The move came after many injuries had been reported from small children that duck under the front of the log.
This move makes Disneyland’s Splash Mountain (the only version that has a single-file type of riding) the only ride in recent years to require a 5-foot height to ride in the front.
