Thieves Targeting Disney-Area Vacation Homes
Vacation home burglaries are on the rise according to the Orlando Sentinel especially around Walt Disney World. The homes have had things ranging from flat screen tvs, gaming systems to iPods stolen. Polk County sheriff’s officials say that there has been a 31 percent increase in residential burglaries in the areas around Disney World. With different tourists coming and going, criminals find it easy to fit in.
