Today marks the one year anniversary of Pirates of the Caribbean Online MMO game from the Walt Disney Company. According to statistics from Market Watch, 121,602,136 ships have been sunk, 19,815,360 hands of blackjack have been played, 33,829,645 ships have been repaired and 288,547 tattoos have been purchased.
For the first anniversary and Halloween, Jolly Roger will cast a curse on the players in the game and turn the day time into a permanent night with a full moon. Any pirate that doesn’t take cover will become an undead skeleton.
