New Contemporary Resort construction officially DVC

The new crescent shaped building to the north of the Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World has long been speculated to be a Disney Vacation Club resort, based on papers submitted to the state of Florida. That can now be officially confirmed. Netcot regular Barry (Cindermickey521) returned from a vacation at WDW where a cast member on the boat cruise stated that Disney told cast members they were now allowed to confirm the resort will be a “DVC” resort.

This building will be known as the Bay Lake Tower and will feature DVC rooms, a zero entry pool with waterslide, a lounge on the top floor and a top floor, outdoor viewing area for fireworks. The building will open in Fall of 2009.
