When I See an Elephant Fly


A new elephant calf was born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. A Twenty-six-year-old African elephant named Moyo gave birth to a 327 pound son. The currently unnamed calf is the heaviest ever born at Animal Kingdom. After a 21 month gestation period, caused by artificial insemination, both mother and son appear to be doing well, according to veterinarians at the park.
