Euro Disney Upgrading All It’s Phones To Voice Over IP


Euro Disney, operator of Disneyland Paris, is upgrading its phone system from a PABX system to a computerized Voice over IP (VoIP) system. Euro Disney currently operates 15,000 phone lines at the hotels, parks and offices. This upgrade will allow employees to have profiles for their phones based on their use. Hotel staff, guest services and mobile employees will have tailor-made services integrated into their phones. Additionally, employees will have access to a unified messaging service allowing for easy communication between employees.
