Following the announcement of Disney-ABC International and CTC Media’s agreement, Disney has wrapped up a deal with the Northern European broadcaster SBS. SBS will receive new seasons of “Lost”, “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Ugly Betty” while the new series they receive will include “Private Practice”, “Dirty Sexy Money”, and “Samantha Who?”

SBS-Belgium has picked up “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe”, “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest”, “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End”, “National Treasure: The Book of Secrets” and “Hannah Montana” (Disney Channel Series).

SBS-Netherlands has picked up “Meet The Robinsons”, “Chicken Little” and “Ratatouille”.

In Israel, broadcaster Reshet has licensed the format for “The Amazing Race”, which goes into production later this year. Disney-ABC Int’l has already seen success with The Amazing Race Asia.
