Cheesecake Factory Leaves DisneyQuest

The Cheesecake Factory Express is leaving DisneyQuest after 10 years in the building. The restaurant, known as FoodQuest, will be taken over by Disney in late May. The 55 employees who worked there will be laid off but given the opportunity to apply at other Cheesecake Factories or with Walt Disney world. Cheesecake Factory Senior Vice President Howard Gordon said that they created the Cheesecake Factory Express for DisneyQuest when Disney was planning on expanding the arcades to other cities. With that no longer an option, the Cheesecake Factory is not renewing their 10-year lease with Disney and dropping the ‘express’ type all together.

I would definatly like to see some other food option go in there. The Cheescake Factory express was a bad fit.

Yes, but I loved going there to get a cheesecake!!!!
