Muppets Returning To Theaters

The Walt Disney Studios announced that the Muppets will be returning to theaters in a new original movie. Jason Segel, star of How I Met Your Mother, will be writing the film; Segel is a huge Muppets fan. Segel said he called Disney and let them know he wanted to write a new Muppet movie. He pitched the movie idea in person and found Disney representatives were excited. Segel would not release any parts of the plot or a date that the movie might be put into production.
