Condo Plan Near Disneyland Dead

A developer who was planning to build a condo-hotel complex near Disneyland has dropped his plan to build 191 condominiums and a 102 room hotel. This developer was the last of three developers planning on building residential within the City of Anaheim’s resort district. The Walt Disney Company had opposed the move from the beginning.
“We believe the project would have been a positive addition to the Anaheim resort, but timing issues do not allow us to move forward at this time,” Steve Sheldon, a consultant for the developer, told the Orange County Register.
