In May, a 5,000 square foot home will be opening inside Tomorrowland that will give guests of Disneyland a preview of the House of the Future. The home will look like a normal suburban home on the outside but will feature computerized systems that could simplify everyday living. The house cost about $15 million and was built by The Walt Disney Company, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, LifeWare and home builder Taylor Morrison.

“It’s much different than a spiel that you would get at a trade show,” said Dave Miller, director of alliance development for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. “We won’t get into the bits and the bytes. It will be about the digital lifestyle and how that lifestyle can help you.”
