Disney Project Manager Jailed For Tax Evasion

Bruce E. Davis, a project manager for Walt Disney World, was sentenced in federal court for evading about $220,000 in taxes from 1998 to 2000. Davis had used a subcontractor to over bill Disney for projects; the subcontractor then paid the extra cash back to Davis. The Walt Disney Company has not perused legal action against Davis and were still investigating the case. He was given a 13 month federal prison term, five months of house arrest and two years probation.
