Disney Purchases Part Of FilmFlex

The Walt Disney Company and Sony have purchased FilmFlex, a provider of on-demand videos for Virgin Media in Europe, from the On Demand Group (ODG). The existing management team will continue to run the company under Sony and Disney while creative production services will be outsourced to the previous owner, ODG.
