Stolen Disney Art Found 17 Years Later In Florida

Two pieces of original Disney artwork has been found 17 years after it was stolen in March 1991 from the Museum of Cartoon Art. Both were found in Hollywood, Florida in October 2007 after an antiques collector bought the artwork as part of an assorted collection of unwanted property from a storage facility in Florida. The artwork was then sold to a different antiques collector who then did research on the origins of the artwork. It was then that the collector discovered the artwork was stolen.
