Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Disney By Its Workers

Amber Galloway, a worker at a Disney restaurant, has filed a class action lawsuit against the company. She claims the company has ignored California labor laws by not permitting breaks, over working the staff, and made them work while ‘off the clock’. She also claims that the company didn’t keep an accurate count of the hours worked by employees and that this has ‘injured’ her along with being ‘unfair, unlawful, and harmful.’
