Disney Looking At Building Hotel in Hawaii

Hawaii is one of the few places the Walt Disney Company is looking to build a hotel not inside a theme park. Disney representatives confirmed this with the Star-Bulletin. Disney is said to be close to signing a deal with the Ko Olina Resort & Marina.
“We’ve got nothing to announce today, but clearly Hawaii as well as other geographies are attractive markets for us as we look for ways to grow our business,” said Disney spokeswoman Lisa Haines.
